Worship

What to expect on a Sunday?

New Covenant is a mixture of young and old, formal and informal. We sing traditional and contemporary hymns, read the Bible, pray, hear a sermon and once a month we celebrate the Lord’s Supper. Everything we do is printed in a bulletin so you will have no trouble following along.

There is a Sunday School class for all ages that runs from 9:30-10:15 am.

Our worship service starts at 10:30 am and is usually over by 11:30.

We have a nursery during Sunday School and during Worship that provides a safe and nurturing environment for our children. All of our children's ministry and nursery workers have been screened and have received a background check.

You do not have to dress to impress. You will find everything from casual to business casual to coat and tie. Our hope is to reflect our community as we worship God in reverence and joy.

I don’t even know what a Presbyterian is?

You certainly do not have to be a Presbyterian or know what a Presbyterian is to come to NCPC. You do not even have to be a Christian. We invite anyone who would like to pursue a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Simply put, the title Presbyterian refers to the way in which we do church government. In the book of Acts, Paul would train “Elders” to lead the new churches that were formed. These men were to be responsible for the spiritual growth of those involved in their churches. We simply seek to do the same.

We hope to see you soon. If you have any questions feel free to email someone on staff or call the office.
